I have a problem with the usage of quotation marks. When I copy a text from an English website, to .txt reader, the quotation marks automatically, change to [“”], but I need the original quotation marks [""]. I am using a windows 10 in Chinese. Do you understand why and how to solve it?

Yes, I understand the issue you are facing. This is a common problem that occurs when the computer's default language settings are set to a language that uses different quotation marks than the ones used in English.
In Chinese, the quotation marks are usually displayed as 【 】or “ ”. When you copy and paste text from a website that uses English quotation marks (" "), the text editor or reader may automatically replace them with Chinese quotation marks ("【 】" or "“ ”").

To fix this issue, you can change the settings in your text editor or reader to use English quotation marks instead of Chinese quotation marks. Here are the steps:

Open the text editor or reader where you are experiencing the issue.
Go to the "Settings" or "Preferences" menu.
Look for the "Language" or "Region" option and change it to "English" or "United States" (or any other English-speaking country).
Save the changes and restart the text editor or reader.

After making these changes, the text editor or reader should display English quotation marks instead of Chinese ones. If you still have trouble, you may need to consult the user manual or help documentation for your specific text editor or reader to find out how to change the default quotation marks.
